How Much Will My Website Cost?

We work very closely with hundreds of small business owners to give them absolutely the best product at the lowest cost without sacrificing quality.  We know that sounds like a sales pitch, but it is true.  As a business owner you obviously have to keep costs down.  So we look for ways to provide you with just what you need, no more and no less.  As we mention often, we have a vested interest in your success.

Below you will find our price structure as to date (prices are subject to change).  We have developed a system based on a basic website starting with three pages and hosting.  This basic package includes a minimum amount of periodic web page updates throughout the year.  We have built our price structure around an Ala-Carte system so that those businesses that do not require numerous updates do not have to pay for them.

Website Development Price Sheet Summary (2011 Prices)

Website Design & Development

Up to 3 Page HTML or WordPress Website - *$450
Additional Web Pages - $25 each (Pages may be added at any time).
*This price includes the first year annual hosting fee, domain registration and the first year of technical maintenance and page updates (text only updates for up to three pages).

Annual Website Hosting, Updates & Technical Maintenance Fee after first year - $175
One Hundred and Seven dollars of this is the actual amount the hosting company charges Castlewood Studios per year to host each site.  Sixty-eight dollars is the technical maintenance fee for Castlewood Studios to maintain your site and text only updates for up to three pages.  (For more page updates see options below).  You will receive an invoice from Castlewood Studios once a year for this amount.  This fee includes setting up any additional emails throughout the year that may be needed, assistance with setting up forwarding and auto-responders and/or installing a blog for your website if you so desire.  This fee also covers any technical upgrades that may arise during the year for your website.

Monthly Payment Plan Option (Instead of Purchasing Website Outright – Requires a 2 yr. Agreement)
**Up to 3 page website per month - $25 per month
Additional pages -  $2 per month/per page

**Note:  Annual Website Hosting, Updates & Technical Maintenance Fee Is included in the monthly fee.  With the monthly option you do not own the site, however at the end of your 2 year agreement you can purchase the website and domain name at a discounted price of $175.

Ala Carte Website Updates – No Monthly Fee Required
(This is the fee if website page updates are requested and your site is not on a monthly website update package program as listed below.)

Text Only Updates or Replacement - $12 per page
Pictures and/or Text Updates or Replacement - $17 per page

Please note that we simply copy and paste your finished text to your web pages.  We are not responsible for proof-reading or editing the content for your site.  If you require updates due to spelling or grammatical errors you will incur update charges.  Please proof-read your content before submitting it to us.


**Monthly Website Update Package Options
Up to 3 page updates per month - $22 per month
Up to 5 page updates per month - $25 per month
Up to 10 page updates per month - $35 per month
Up to 20 page updates per month - $48 per month
Up to 30 page updates per month - $55 per month

**Note:  Monthly Website Update Packages require 1 year agreement and are payable every 6 or 12 months in advance.
